Solvoz, a digital startup based in The Hague, seeks an exceptional individual to join our team as an Executive , Administrative Assistant.

Responsibilities of administrative support for the organisation:
- Maintaining and updating Solvoz’s CRM system (ZOHO)
- Assisting the CEO, Sales officers and others in the organisation with tasks such as email follow-ups, support in preparing information decks and leaflets, and managing documents.
- Support and taking up sales and customer outreach tasks
- Follow up information requests from website and manage mailbox , assign requests to appropriate persons within the organisation
- Managing calendars and scheduling internal and external meetings.
- Follow up on requests from social media posts and interactions.
- Taking minutes during MT meetings and managing/updating decision and action lists.
Potential future tasks:
- Representing Solvoz externally and acting as a point of contact for clients and prospects.
- Occasionally organising travel arrangements (currently limited).
- Handling ad hoc projects and potential HR support tasks in the future.
- Manage an e-learning environment
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Organized and proactive mentality
- Fluent in English (both verbally and in writing), with excellent message-taking and delivery skills (other languages would be nice too) .
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion, including personal communication.
- Strong multitasking and prioritisation skills.
- Adaptability in communication to cater to diverse audiences to contribute to Solvoz's growth.
- It is considered a pre if you have experience in sales and/or customer success roles.
If you are passionate about making a difference and ready to support Solvoz’s team , we invite you to join our team. You will work from home on a freelance basis, initially 2 or 3 days a week with potential to grow. If based in the surroundings of Den Haag, potentially 1 days per week with the team or colleague in an office.
