Compensation:
- In accordance with California law, the expected salary range for this position is posted with this position. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
- This position is eligible for a $1/hr bilingual differential, as well as a $1,000 sign on bonus paid in two installments on the 1st and 3rd month of employment.

As a Parent Partner, you will be pivotal in supporting children, youth, and families facing life’s toughest challenges. Whether you provide hands-on case management, help to develop life skills, or provide emotional support, your work will directly impact the lives of those we serve.
What We’re Looking For:

How you will Impact Change:
- Collaborate with the Case Manager, Social Worker, or other staff in the evaluation of families, the provision of services and their progress.
- Provide support to families based on the needs of their service plan at the request of the Case Manager, Social Worker or other staff as applicable.
- May transport clients as needed.
- Facilitate the development of local advisory boards and participate in advisory board meetings and other relevant community meetings.
- Serve as a liaison with other community agencies in order to maximize outreach and recruitment efforts.
- Coach/model appropriate communication, anger management, problem solving, stress management and/or parenting issues with caregivers.
- Provides resources, referrals and support as requested by family members who are participating in visitation, in conjunction with Social Worker’s case plan.
