Compensation:
- In accordance with California law, the expected salary range for this position is posted with this position. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
Role Summary
As a Program Assistant, you will be pivotal in supporting children, youth, and families facing life’s toughest challenges. Whether you provide hands-on case management, help to develop life skills, or provide emotional support, your work will directly impact the lives of those we serve.
What We’re Looking For:

How you will Impact Change:
- Greets visitors, takes telephone calls, and refers visitors and callers to appropriate staff or offices.
- Support the office administrative team with tasks as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the office, including but not limited to ordering supplies, operating a variety of standard office machinery, and maintaining inventory of office supplies, books, food, and beverages.
- Coordinates, plans, and executes community events and agency functions.
- Ensures that updates and generated reports are timely and accurate.
- Updates and maintains client information in the required database(s).
- Accounts for various documents for tracking purposes, telephone inquiries, training events, purchasing/returns, and generates reports as necessary.
- Creates and updates relative contact logs; prepares, edits, and mails Seneca letters as needed; enters, maintains, and updates the program database; and runs queries continuously.
