The Grants Coordinator, Strategic Initiatives Fund, is a key steward of donor relationships and a contributor to important investment in YMCA programs and initiatives. The Strategic Initiatives Fund team raises millions annually in restricted grants and makes hundreds of subgrants annually to Ys.
This role supports the development of grant concepts and proposals, ensures that grant deliverables are met, budgets and schedules are tracked, shapes Requests for Applications and other supports for subgrantees, and collaborates with teams across Y-USA to ensure the strategic priorities of multiple stakeholders. This position is partially grant funded.
