We’re looking for a Philanthropy Manager to join our team! This position will be cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding gifts to GSNI by managing multiple fundraising initiatives each year, including events, and individual donor giving.
Hours: Full Time (37.5 hours per week) with flexibility Salary: $20.51/hour to start, non-exempt
We’re looking for dedicated individuals who:
- Believe in the Girl Scout Mission of building girls of courage, confidence, and character who make the world a better place.
- Are excited to be actively involved in giving girls the knowledge, skills, attitudes, and values to become leaders in their own lives and their communities.
Interested? Responsibilities would include:
- Develops a plan to increase individual giving by identifying prospects, cultivating potential donors, soliciting requests and stewarding existing donors for the annual fund and other campaigns and requests
- Manages all fundraising and donor recognition events for the council including budget management and event logistics
- Develops sponsorship assets for events, programs, and other Council needs

Are these skills you could share with our team?
- Demonstrated leadership, collaborative, management, and relationship-building
| - Ability and willingness to obtain Certified Fund-Raising Executive (CFRE) certification
|
- Ability to work a minimum of 37.5 hours per week; weekends and evenings may be required
| - Minimum of 1-3 years related work experience. 3-5 years of experience preferred
|
- High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred
| - Donor database experience preferred
|
