JOB MISSION:
Support a Global team to help drive impactful grantmaking operations by assisting with U.S. grantee relationships, ensuring accurate and timely grant processing, coordinating in-kind donations, and administrating associate give back benefits. This role is based at our headquarters in the Boston area.
Grantee Relationship Support: Play a customer service role asfirst point of contact for U.S. grantees, manage a small portfolio of community grants, andassist with general inquires and troubleshooting.
Grant Processing and Coordination: Prepare and approve grant packages in Blackbaud, process payments, mail checks, log declinations, and ensure accurate meeting agendas and grant packages
NBF Inbox and Event Management: Manage the NBF mail inbox, maintain a calendar of events, publicize charity events, and recruit associates to attend.
Product Coordination and Fulfillment: Coordinate with Team Apparel, Promotions, and the Global Philanthropy team to fulfill product orders, manage non-profit discounts, and ensure timely donations of uniforms, footwear, and apparel to grantees.
Give Back Benefits Administration: Administer Corporate Match and Dollars for Doers benefits, communicate give-back benefits quarterly, and process corporate match and Dollars for Doers for U.S. associates.
Department Administration: Schedule meetings, manage logistics, troubleshoot IT issues, track budgets, plan travel,and contribute to team projects and onboarding.

Flexible Work Schedule
For decades we have fostered a unique culture founded on our values with a particular focus on in-person teamwork and collaboration. Our North American hybrid model encourages rich in-person experiences, showcasing our commitment to teamwork and connection, while maintaining flexibility for associates. New Balance Associates currently work in office three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Our offices are fully open, and amenities are available across our North American office locations. To continue our focus on hybrid work we have introduced “Work from Anywhere” (WFA) for four weeks per calendar year. This model will help us enhance our culture while continuing to maintain elements of flexibility.
