Description

Are you ready to make a difference when it matters most? We’re seeking compassionate and skilled professionals to join our Mobile Crisis Response Team. This part-time role averages 24 hours per month, with varying shifts based on program needs to ensure 24/7 crisis coverage.

Some Key Duties:

Responding to crisis calls from various referral sources, including the NorthCare Crisis Line, First Responder IPAD, and 988 dispatch.
Conducting behavioral health assessments and developing crisis/safety plans to support individuals of all ages.
Delivering short-term case management, linkage, and advocacy to promote stabilization and engagement in ongoing care.
Promoting a welcoming, trauma-informed approach to crisis response.
Maintaining thorough documentation of services within 24 hours.

Qualifications

Qualifications

ODMHSAS Certified Behavioral Health Case Manager II (CM II) certification with at least 3 years of experience in community mental health. Dual CMII/PRSS certification and ODMHSAS Wellness Coach Certification are preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office and general computer skills. Exceptional interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
Ability to adapt to varying schedules and work independently in high-pressure situations.
Reliable transportation with a valid Oklahoma driver’s license and current auto insurance.
CPR, First Aid, and Therapeutic Options certifications (or obtain within 30 days).
Completion of required NorthCare trainings within 30 days.

This is a community-based role requiring travel and a high degree of autonomy. As an essential worker, you may occasionally work holidays, weekends, or during office closures.
