JOB SUMMARY: The Grant and Contract Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of all grant contracts and renewals for Children and Family Services programs and the oversight of their spend-down.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES:
- Participate in program development and planning;
- Attend appropriate county/state meetings as required for grant submission.
CONTRACT MANAGEMENT DUTIES:
- Complete grant and contract applications and compose associated progress and statistical reports in line with established deadlines;
- Monitor grant awards to ensure fulfillment of contract requirements; and
- Build and maintain relationships with funders.
STATISICAL DUTIES:
- Assist with AWARDS/Foothold Technology and/or Cerner needs.
FOUNDATION DUTIES:
- Assist in resource development including the solicitation of government, corporate, foundation, and private donor sources;
- Assist with grant writing, research, and preparation of funding applications for Ocean County programs.
COVERAGE FOR DIRECTOR OF GRANTS ADMINISTRATION:
- Prepare budget summaries and modifications in partnership with CAS accounting staff.
- Maintain grant percentage charts
- AWARDS/Foothold Technology and/or Cerner needs
