JOB SUMMARY: The CFS Grant and Contract Administrator is responsible for assisting the Service Area Director, Director of Grants Administration, and Grant and Contract Coordinator with administrative duties of all grant contracts and renewals for Children and Family Services programs along with other administrative tasks.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES:
- Assist with completing grant and contract applications and statistical reports in line with established deadlines including but not limited to, copying, filing, and compiling of attachments.
- Maintain spreadsheets as needed.
- Assist with maintaining grant percentage charts and communication with staff accountants
COVERAGE FOR DIRECTOR OF GRANTS ADMINISTRATION:
- Prepare budget summaries and modifications in partnership with CAS accounting staff.
- Assist with AWARDS/Foothold Technology and/or Cerner needs.
