We are now growing our marketing team to tell powerful climate tech stories, amplify impact, and scale our digital presence.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Social Media Analyst who is first and foremost a strong content writer. If you love crafting sharp posts, analyzing engagement, and finding creative ways to build digital communities, this role is for you. You’ll be the voice of Climate Collective across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, and emerging platforms — blending storytelling with analytics to drive real growth. This is a remote role, but it will require:
·Travel to company retreats (mandatory, a few times a year)
·Travel to select events where Climate Collective has a presence

Key Responsibilities
- Content Writing & Creation
ØWrite compelling posts, captions, and threads tailored for different platforms.
ØRepurpose blogs, newsletters, and reports into bite-sized social content.
ØCollaborate with the design team for visuals, infographics, and videos.
ØManage daily posting, scheduling, and engagement across channels.
ØMaintain a consistent brand voice aligned with our mission.
ØTrack climate conversations and trends for timely participation.
ØMonitor and report on performance (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions).
ØRun experiments (timing, formats, hashtags) to optimize content strategy.
ØProvide actionable insights to guide campaign improvements.
What We’re Looking For
·Strong content writing skills: crisp, engaging, and adaptable to different formats.
·3-4 years of experience in social media/content/marketing roles (internships count).
·Comfortable with analytics tools (native insights, Google Analytics, or similar).
·Curiosity about climate innovation, startups, or sustainability.
·Ability to work independently in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
Nice-to-Have
·Experience in community building or newsletter writing.
·Familiarity with B2B/impact-driven brands.
·Basic knowledge of Canva, Figma, or video editing tools.
