Responsibilities
- Embrace Agile Practices: Use an agile approach to enhance back-office processes for developing technology solutions
- Data Analysis: Analyze data to create executive-level quarterly dashboards showing how well marketing agencies perform
- Issue Management: Handle and prioritize issues reported by consumers, ensuring timely communication as per service level agreements
- Market Technology Research: Conduct interviews with stakeholders to gather insights for researching marketing technology platforms
- Create Guides: Develop "how-to guides" to document process improvements
- Digital Librarian: Act as the team's "Librarian" by ensuring digital documents are properly tagged and stored for easy searching
- Audit Artifacts: Review project artifacts to ensure they meet the "definition of done" criteria before closing projects
- Explore AI Solutions: Investigate how artificial intelligence can be used to accelerate business processes and solve complex problems
Qualifications
- The ideal candidate will be enrolled in a Business Technology or Digital Marketing Strategy program
- Must be enrolled in a degree program at an accredited college or university as a rising undergraduate junior, senior, or graduate student and remain academically enrolled throughout the internship
- Must be a self-starter and adaptable with the ability to self-manage
- Ability to manage multiple projects, anticipate project needs, and discern work priorities
- Must be comfortable with working with multi-time zone virtual teams and be willing to use technology
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- This position requires regular interaction with virtual teams. Candidates must be comfortable participating in virtual meetings and willing to turn on their camera to foster better communication and team engagement
- Familiarity with IT project management methodologies or piloting of an AI use case is a plus
