Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
Graduate/Master’s/Management degree from a top institution.
15+ years of leadership experience in financial services or a relevant industry.
Essential Experience:
Proven success in multi-million USD fundraising, private wealth management, investment banking, or philanthropy with international exposure.
Strong background in donor engagement, audience development, and high-value fundraising.
Experience managing large-scale financial programs across diverse geographies; arts-related experience is a plus.
Track record of leading teams, building long-term donor relationships, and exceeding ambitious revenue targets.
Proficient in developing and executing strategic fundraising plans and budgets.
Skilled in data analysis for donor strategy and program tracking.
Experience in concept/solution selling to build patronage for new initiatives.
