Job Description:
- Teach undergraduate and/or postgraduate courses in Chemistry, covering fundamental principles and applications.
- Develop and deliver engaging lectures, practical sessions, and laboratory experiments.
- Create and update course materials, syllabi, and assessments to align with current scientific advancements.
- Provide academic support and guidance to students through mentoring, tutoring, and office hours.
- Assess student performance through exams, assignments, and lab evaluations, ensuring timely feedback.
- Stay updated on new research and advancements in Chemistry to incorporate into teaching.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of the Chemistry curriculum and teaching methods.
- Participate in departmental meetings, faculty development programs, and academic committees.
- Promote a safe and effective learning environment in laboratory settings, adhering to safety protocols.
- Engage in research activities in Chemistry and publish findings in peer-reviewed journals, if applicable.
