Job Description:
- Design and implement personalized strength and conditioning programs for athletes across various sports.
- Conduct physical assessments to evaluate athletes’ fitness levels and track progress over time.
- Educate athletes on proper exercise techniques, injury prevention, and nutrition for peak performance.
- Monitor and adjust training programs based on athletes' progress, goals, and recovery needs.
- Lead warm-up, strength training, agility, and conditioning sessions to enhance overall athletic performance.
- Collaborate with medical and coaching staff to develop injury rehabilitation and recovery plans.
- Foster a positive, motivating environment that promotes discipline, teamwork, and mental toughness.
- Ensure safety standards are maintained during all physical training activities and facility use.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest strength and conditioning trends, techniques, and sports science research.
- Track, report individual, and team progress, providing regular feedback to athletes and coaching staff.

Education:
B Sc with specialization in Hockey/team games, strength and conditioning certification
Additional certification of Australian or US Strength & Conditioning is an added advantage
