Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Admission Assistant to join our dynamic admissions team. The Admission Assistant is to maintain accurate records, assist with event planning for admissions-related activities, and contribute to the enhancement of our initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
→ Serve as the first point of contact for prospective students, parents, and other stakeholders via phone, email, and in-person inquiries.
→ Provide information about the institution's programs, admission requirements, and application procedures.
→ Schedule campus tours and provide general information about the institution.
→ Maintain successful coordination and organization of admission-related events and activities.
→ Ensure all required documentation is received and complete.
→ Maintain accuracy in data entry and application processing.
→ Assist in generating reports on the status of applications, admission statistics and metrics.
→ Prepare and send out admission-related correspondence such as acceptance letters, rejection letters, waitlist notifications.
→ Support in preparing and distributing marketing materials related to admissions such as brochures, emails, newsletters.
Desired Candidate Profile
→ An MBA-holding male candidate with 5 to 10 years of proven experience in admissions or customer service roles from an educational setting is highly desirable.
→ Posses an expert knowledge of the school and its admission process.
→ Good communication and presentation skills providing high level of personalised services and concisely communicating to inquiries and prospective applicants.
→ Proactive and able to work both independently and collaboratively with our diverse team.
→ Strong customer service orientation and the ability to handle inquiries professionally.
→ Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document management.
→ Experience with database management.
→ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and IT skills relatively.
→ A two-wheeler with a license.
