- Manage, organize, and maintain the library’s collection of books, journals, and digital resources.
- Develop and implement library policies and procedures to ensure efficient operation.
- Assist students, faculty, and staff in locating and utilizing library resources effectively.
- Maintain records of library transactions, including check-ins/outs and inventory management.
- Curate and update library materials to meet academic and research needs.
- Provide user orientation and training on library systems, cataloging, and research tools.
- Ensure the preservation and proper storage of rare or sensitive materials.
- Oversee the acquisition, classification, and cataloging of new resources.
- Collaborate with faculty to support curriculum development through resource management.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in library science, including digital resources and technology.
- Should have strong knowledge and hands on experience in MS office like Excel and Power Point presentations
